When i leave a USB flash drive in & boot the PC i get a message to remove
disk.
When i remove the Flash Drive the PC boots up.
I want to leave the flash Drive in all the time.

I tried to change the boot sequence.

My Options are:

Boot Menu:

HARD DISK

Sata-0
Bootable add on cards
CD Rom
Utility Partition
Diagnostic
Setup

It shows Enter for accept.
The arrow is set on Hard drive
When i hit enter it jumps to Sata-0
But when i boot with the Flash drive in i get the message again to remove
the disk.
How can i get it to boot with the Flash Drive in ?

This is not a Vista problem, but specific to your computer manufacturer and
model. Try posting that information. Many BIOS setups have the option to
disregard certain boot devices, but it appears that yours does not.
Sometimes a BIOS upgrade may fix problems like this. That is something to
contact the manufacturer about.

Consult the manual that came with the computer/motherboard to disable
the "Boot from USB" option in the motherboard's BIOS.
