Booting Up

When booting up, the screen will intermittently "Blank" out. If anyone can
assist or inform me on this issue, I would appreciate it.

That is perfectly normal behavior. Every one of my computers does the
same thing. It is the successive application of drivers and screen
resolutions until your final driver/resolution is applied.
