At bootup WLM says Your display name couldn't be changed ????????

When I boot my PC I get a message from Live Messenger that states "Your
display name could not be changed. Please try again later"
I click OK and then log in without a hitch.

I'm not trying to change my display name so why is it always giving me this
problem ?
