both drivers don't work

i can't use my drivers, it seems like the computer is reading the cds but
they don't work .when i go to my computer the drivers aren't there

I'm sorry you are encountering this issue, but we need a lot more information.
Please reply back with which two drivers you need to work, which ones do not
work, which Operating System you are using, what service pack (if any) has been
added, and how this issue relates specifically to Windows Update.
