Broken Desktop Icon

I renamed my Trend Internet shortcut and now it just defaults to th
broken Icon Image how can I get it back

right click on icon -> properties -> change ico

I assume this is just for one icon

yeah I tried that and still nothing, but what worked was to change to
different Icon and then back. What do the Icons break when you renam
them

Delete the broken icon. Then go to the program .exe file and create another
icon on the desktop. Right click on the .exe. Then Send to: desktop - create
icon.
