"broken" documents and pictures folders in the User map

hi there
to keep the story short: my documents and pictures folders don't wor
as they should, that is: they don't have the location tab anymore an
basically are regular maps. This happened after I had targeted them to
map on another drive. The map on the other drive also became a ma
without the target options
Does anyone know how to restore/recover the default maps in the use
folder so I can use these two folders again
