Been here since its inception and it has never been broken for me. I would
suspect an issue with your configuration or your connection.

My suggestion is to stop drinking. When you have a clear mind, the group
will appear normal with the exception of Ringmaster, Alias, and Brontosaurus
Burger AKA Vista!

still broken.

I can log into website newsgroups on MS other than Vista.
I cannot with Vista newsgroup.

I can only come in through Vista Mail Microsoft Communities.
Why?

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.

Cause *this* base are not belong to Microsoft yet. Try
a Usenet news server and reader instead of that gui crap.
