hubby did a re-install on his puter with the supplied CD fro Vista. Now when
he opens the internet web page, it doesn't fit the whole screen.(19") and the
resolution is correct. Any ideas on what happened and how to fix it??? TY.

There are several things to look at.
First, "DPI"
Control panel/"Personalizations"
see the "Tasks" pane for "Font size (DPI)"
It is possible that the DPI is set too small.

Then, "physical settings"
Look for controls on the Monitor. These allow making the presented image on
the screen both 'wider' and 'taller', as well as 'centered'

Finally, take a look at the "Device Manager" (start orb, type:
'devmgmt.msc')
Is the display adapter working OK? Is there a 'bang' (exclamation point
icon) on the device?
