browseui.dll and explorer

I recently copied over my browseui.dll, and explorer.exe files, and I
forgot to make backups and I want to switch them back, so I would like
maybe a link to thise files or something.

They are system files. They would be located as compressed files in the
..cab files on the installation media for your operating system.

Just for my personal curiosity why and how did you copy them over?
