Sigs are in html format. You can't just browse to an image and it'll be part
of your signature.
If you want an image as part of your signature then you have to create some
HTML. There are a lot of tools out there to do this for you (Visual Studio
Express web edition being one that is free -
http://www.microsoft.com/express/).
Make sure you save your signature as .htm or .html then you can browse to
that file as you've been trying to do.
What WL Mail does is simply append your html segment to the end of the email
that you're sending.
