BSOD After Last Group of Updates

I have run across a couple of posts which sound like the same thing, but how
many folks have experienced serious issues after applying the 2/2005 Security
Updates? My workstation wouldn't boot past a BSOD after applying them, and I
would suspect that the KB885250 patch was the culprit. This was the only one
that touched system level drivers.

After installing these updates the next system restart I couldn't boot into
any of the various Safe Modes, nor could I boot into the Last Known Good
Configuration boot option. I had to wipe my system out and restart again from
scratch.

Since this happened I have held out on deploying the KB885250 update to any
of the other Win 2K boxes across our company.
