I looked at the link but don't see how this helps.
I don't yet have Vista SP1 and have not made any changes to ECS software
since I got the PC with Vista Ultimate installed in March 2007. I have all
updates since then.
Or are you saying there has been an instability lurking there for a year
which will be fixed by SP1? If so, it's a long time for it to have been
allowed to remain.
