BSOD in Ultimate

I made a dual boot of XP PRO SP2 and Vista ultimate.

During the installation of Alcohol 120% in Ultimate I got a BSOD.

I can't get rid of it anymore. Safe mode doesn't work either, BSOD also.

The option that XP had "start with last settings that worked" is not
available anymore. Do I need to reinstall Vista??!!
