bsod on wake-up

much of the time when my gateway (4019e) wakes up from sleep it will run for
a few seconds, freeze, show the bsod with 124 error code and that also
freezes. I have to kill power into the machine and reboot and all is well.
Longer sleep seems more problematic. Often cannot even go to restart before
the wake-up sign-in before it crashes. Others have reported this problem and
MS once had a treatment of it which is no longer available.

Find *.DMP files in *C:\Windows\Minidump* debug them (see how to do that
->'How to read the small memory dump files that Windows creates for
debugging' (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263) ) and attache here
