BSOP Major Problems!

My hp dv6000 has the BSOP (Black Screen of Procrastination/Purgatory)
I get to the login screen and can select and log into 2 accounts tha
are non-admins, but attempting to login to the other 2 admin account
results in BSOP. I've noticed a suspicious looking process running unde
the task manager, but when I try to end it even while on an admi
account in BSOP it says "Access Denied". Finally, it will not allow m
to edit network settings or find a connection via the wireless card
even while it is switched on, so it is impossible for me to download an
updates directly.I searched around here and have seen that other peopl
have had the BSOP/BSOD problem, but most of those threads seem to b
dead without a solution to the problem...if anyone knows of a solutio
it would be greatly appreciated

What's the "suspicious looking process", or is that a secret?
