"bthusb" am I missing something?

My XP SP2 works fine, except it can not install the driver for my belking
bluetooth dangle. It seems to be on the list of the SP2's supported bluetooth
radios.

The microsoft's supporeted bluetooth radio page talks about a "bthusb"
driver which I could not find anywhere on my system! Can this be the cause
for the issue? If so where can I get the missing file?
