Does that happen in the body of a message? It doesn't happen to me.
If you go to Tools, Options, Spelling and uncheck the options to
Autocorrect and Check as I type, does the problem go away?
If so, try checking each of those by itself and see which one is the
problem.
What language is your spell checker set to?
