Bubbles screen saver

Last year a file was missing from Vista Home Premium for the Bubbles screen
saver to run properly. Does anyone know what link I can use to get it? I
had to put it on my laptop for the screen saver to run and can't seem to find
the file to open to copy it for my new desktop that has Vista. Other than
that, I have no trouble with Vista on laptop or desktop. I prefer Vista to
XP. My husband has XP and has had tons of trouble with it. Thanks for any
help.

System files can be restored with the SFC command
Some Windows Vista functions may not work, or Windows Vista may stop

well I tried taking a copy of the bubbles.scr from laptop to desktop and was
denied pemission even after giving myself as administrator full permission.
I just need that one little file that was missing to get it to run. Is there
a way to 'see' inside the bubble.scr files and find that little file? Nobody
remembers where I can get that little file? There was info about it on the
forums, but that was last fall. Anybody know where I can go to find it?
