bug during sp2 installation

When my computer restart after the installation, there's a fix during the
opening of microsoft windows xp. So, I can only restart my computer with
Reset. But, the problem is, that sp2 is installed but I can't go see the
firewall's settings. And I don't know how to configure the firewall
manually. Also, it freezes my network

Can you help me ? Please
