Bug in KB954430

Windows update keeps inicating that this update requires installation even
though the previous installation list shows the exact same update has been
installed 6 times! And the update/s is not uninstallable.

Security updates for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 may
repeatedly appear in the update list on Microsoft Update or on Windows Update

If you can not rename msxml4.dll in normal Windows mode, than boot to
Safe Mode <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222> and do it from there:

Thanks for trying. Unfortunately their solution didn't work for me and the
problem persists. I suppose its not a big deal as i'll be dumping vista in
favour of 7 soon anyway.

New upgrade cycle = install new windows, installation eventually becomes
corrupted but by that time MS releases a new version and hardrive gets
reformated for new OS...Tadaaaaaaaa
