BUG - msnim:chat?contact=nada@nowhere.com opens browser

you can use a msnim URI stem to initiate a chat session. On Vista 32 it will
correctly open WLM with the referenced contact name but also opens an ie7
window when initaited from a link on a web page, outlook email or from a run
command dialogue box. The ie page contains

Navigation to the webpage was canceled

What you can try:
Retype the address.

Arc.

Greetings,

I can say that yes, I see this here too.

They are intended you initiate these from hyperlinks in the browser (as opposed to say
Start/Run), and from the browser this won't happen.
