The problem is Nero 7.10, which gave me endless problems. Uninstall it
an go back to 7.9, or up to the new Nero 8, which dispenses with a lot
of the classic Nero Eye Candy in favour of a more streamlined UI.
As far as the thumbnails are concerned, check your codecs. 'Vista Codec
Package Homepage' (
http://shark007.testbox.dk/) has a very good pack
available, with different downloads for the 32-Bit or 64-Bit versions of
Windows.
