"burn cd/DVD" option is missing from Tasks

The "burn CD/DVD" option has gone missing from Tasks. I have a DVD burner
installed & have tried loading a writable DVD, just in case that would make
it appear. I am running Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit. A few weeks ago this
option was there (the computer is ~4 weeks old and I remember seeing the
option when I was first learning how to use WMC) but now it is not. During
the time between seeing the option and not seeing the option I have not done
any updates. I have just installed all the latest updates but this has not
fixed the problem.

Any suggestions?

Open Windows Media Center > Tasks > Settings > Start Menu and Extras >Extra
Library > Make sure the box against 'Burn CD/DVD' option is checked.
