How to burn Update CDs?

Sometimes I need to format my hard drive and again install Winfows XP Home
Edition. And actually I do not like to download all updates again, even if my
conection DSL and download speed is 150 kbyte/sec. Is there some ways to copy
all updates to CD and after install it?
