Burning creates "clicks and pops"

Burning a CD playlist with Media Player 11 (Win XP pro SP3) results in loud
"clicks" in several songs. Am I doing something wrong? What could cause
them? My blank CDs do not cause other problems.

Have you tried burning at a slower speed?
