i have a dvd that is 7.4gigs...i know this is too large to be copied so I
shrunk the dvd and now wish to copy. Till now I am unable and getting very
frustrated. I have been using the Roxio and never had a problem till now.
Problem seems to be with the audio, i seem to be able to copy the complete
file but whenever i do there is no sound at all. I am using DVD-R. Can anyone
please give me any assistance on this matter. thanks a

Do a google for DVDshrink..........assuming your trying to shrink a Movie
and burn to DVD.
If I am wrong post back.

peter..thanks for your help but i have ALREAdy SHRUNK THE MOVIE..MY PROBLEM
SEEMS TO BE THAT WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD TO DVD-r I ONLY GET THE VIDEO AND
NOT SOUND..I AM TRYING TO HEAR IT ALSO AS WELL AS LOOKINGAT THE MOVIE

Your capslock is broken, too. The movie is probably in the wrong format.
This isn't really a Vista issue. Take a look at the forums here:

http://club.cdfreaks.com/

They will have the answers you seek.
