I am using Microsoft Office Basic on Vista. Whenever Outlook starts a
window pops up asking me to configure Business Contact Manager.

If I try to configure, it says i am not licensed.

When i look in Outlook - Options there is no mention of BCM.

When i try to uninstall BCM through Programs and Features, the uninstall
fails without giving a reason.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is this article of any use? A registry edit to remove BCM.
