C.U. reinstall issue

I have the similar problem with Critical Updates KB867801
and KB841873 reinstalling itself despite being recognized
in the 'installation history' log numerous times that the
CUs were d/l'd "successfully" via both Automatic Update
and from the website.

Any help you can provide with this issue would be of a
great help to me.
