You don't need to buy any of that crap! That site is a scam. That lazy
"meerkat" simply Googled the DLL name and gave you the first hit that came
up.
Your answer is most likely in this KB article. It's a large, complicated
one, so read carefully all the way through, maybe three or four times, to
make sure you understand as much as possible before deciding on a course of
action.
