My guess is damaged hardware, and you'll need a technician or warranty
support.
When a system shuts down without warning or stop error, it's usually because
a hardware component has overheated or faulted. This is a protection
mechanism built into the hardware to prevent damage to other components. The
error you see at startup or installation is likely because the component is
faulty.
