Calendar remainders

I'm using Activesync 4.2 to meet PIM on PC and my device, since the end of
2006.
Today I find reminder (pop) is not visible on PC and device, the sound also
to advise appointment incoming.....
I know the same problem is common in others cases.... my colleagues for
example....
If I perform the hard reset on my device, all is ok, but after the firt
sincronisation, the problem appears again...
I think the problem is on Outlook....
There is a solution without remuve Outlook.
Note: I have Activesync 4.5 now, the same problem with 4.2.
