Calendar synching problems with Exchange Server 2003

Hi Folks --

I am supporting 8 folks with Siemens PPC6600 and ppc6601 devices on a Sprint
Network using Activesync 3.8.

Things had been going fine for all of them, but a few months ago one had
trouble synching their calendar wirelessl or in the cradle. We had them
place end dates on all their recurring appointments and that seemed to fix
it.

Our CEO now has the same problem of synching his calendar wirelessly or via
the cradle. He only had one recurring appt, we added an end date to that,
but he still cannot sync his calendar.

Has anyone else had this type of issue and found a solution ?
