Can anyone explain me what is going on with this Vista Windows Calendar? Am
I doing something wrong? I found that problem quite a while ago, but
recently I tried to do something and found out, that nothing changed since
then
If I want to put an all-day event in a calendar, it does indicate, that it
is one day longer. For example if something lasts only one day on 30.01.2008
when I make it all-day event, it changes in a way that it is from 30.01.2007
till 31.01.2008.If something lasts 5 day from Monday till Friday I have to
change it to Saturday in order to see it as 5-day event? Otherwise it can be
seen only as 4-day event
Another problem is when something happens once in a week for a couple of
months. You create the first event and make it occur once a week for 4
months. When you search for this event, calendar shows only the first event
and you receive no information on how many times this event occured (it
should be 16)
When I use "search" option to find events and appontments it works fine if
they didn't last longer than 1 hour.(15m, 30m, 45m, 1h) but if they were
longer (1h15m, 1h30, 1h45m) it shows always the same time for all of them -
1 hour.
If they lasted 2hours - it's OK but if they lasted 2h15, 2h30 or 2h45 it
still shows - 2hours. If something lasts from 9.00 till 10.59.... (it's
almost 2 hours) the search results still show as it lasted only 1 hour.
