Call error code = 0x80240020 elegant solution?

After playing, I suppose with accounts, on my PC, I have problem with
installing automatic updates files.

I noticed on the Internet that this error in AutomaticUpdates.log is
crucial. so
is there now any elegant solution becuse I only created temporarily and
removed one Administrator account!

When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x80240020 error.

It worked!
The Key "Notify" was renamed in "Notify_Disabled"!!
So I renamed it again in Notify and 4 updates are already on my PC!
For which reason it happened?
