Can 2 non-netwotk PC display on same scrn?

For instance, 1 at public library; 2 me at home, displaying and using a CAD
prgm.

You could run something like VNC, but that would require installing some
flavor of VNC on both machines. Another way would be to use TeamViewer
(full version installed on the home machine) and the person at the library
could run the TeamViewer client support (quick support). In this way the
person at home could control the library computer. In reality, there would
probably be safeguards against using VNC on the library network (you have
to open ports and do port-forwarding) and you probably can't install
anything on the library computer.

Perhaps if you told us what you are really trying to do we might be able to
suggest something better to help you. After all, hacking into the library's
network is not going to be legal.

Simply, have a USER; run a CAD prgm at public libr. ...
I shall be at home; running the same CAD, viewing the same scrn,
.. ; making additions, etc., (which are displayed
REMOTELY)

How can this be achieved?
