In Outlook it can be done manually or automatically.

I can’t seem to find it in WLM.

Help would be appreciated.

In WLM go to HELP > Get help with Mail > Select 'Add a signature to outgoing messages'.

Well hidden; you have to explore a bit. They now have menu "tabs" across the
top. "Home", "Folders", "View", "Accounts". To the left of the "Home" tab is
an icon which looks a bit like a page, and has an arrow on the right. Start
there, and click; you will get a list with, "New", "Save", "Print", and some
other choices, including, "Options". Click on, "Options", and then on,
"Mail". You should now have a familiar window, labeled, "Options". Just like
the old familiar window from Outlook Express.
