Can all personalization options be in one dialogue box?

I have just upgraded to Vista Home Premium and I am just wondering if there
is a way to make all of the display options (Themes, Desktop, Appearance,
etc) come up in the one dialogue box, a la the previous versions of Windows?

I find it really irritating that I can't just click on a different tab to
make my colour scheme match my new desktop picture, then save these as a new
theme by simply clicking on another tab and just hit apply to see it all take
effect.
