can anybody helb me. error 0x800703E3

always the same error. i dont konw whats wrong. i turned my antivirus and my
firewall of. that`s not the reason. so what could i do?
i have xp home and i updated manually to sp2. but i had the same error
before.
im sure that i havent any virus...
so ist a msft problem....

Please look for a file named wuweb.dll.

Delete it and than test.
