How Can I Customize The Folder Tool Bar?

Howdy,

I just want to perform a simple act of adding a delete icon ( the famouse
red X) on all my Windows Vista folder tool bars so I have access to delete
files directly from there. How the heck do you do this anymore? it was
simple in XP. Is this evern doable anymore? Thanks in advance. I'd like to
add things like cut and paste, as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Thats just the default behaviour unfortunately, it cannot be edited.

Right-click on the title bar in the right panel of explorer and select
the columns u want
