Can a deadline reboot a server with a no auto-reboot policy set?

I have a couple of servers in my environment that installed an update
and rebooted. This seems to be possibly due to a deadline being set on
wsus. I was of the understanding that if a deadline was set on a
machine that had the "download and notify for install" and the "no auto
reboot" policies applied, that the machine wouldn't just install and
reboot. I assume that this is incorrect. Can someone please verify?

Hi,

An install caused by an expired deadline will disregard both those
settings, it will force an installation and then do a forced reboot.
