How I can delete an email-adress?

Hello dear reader's!

To first, excuse me please my bad english.

I have installed the newest version of Windows Live! Messenger.
Yesterday was a friend to visit by me and used my Messenger. Noew my
question: when I see the logon-windows and click on the little arrow
on right side of my logon-email-adress, then open a menu with my
logon-name and the logon-name from my friend. How I can delete the
logon-name from this list?

I would to be gladly when can me help a user from here.

In the drop down list of addresses, select your friends, then underneath
the first tick box there should be something that says "(Forget me)" or
your language's equivalent. Click that and it will remove it from your list.
