Can I delete nameless SP2 files?

After successful download of SP2, folders of three files showed up on my
hard drive. They bear long numbers instead of names and I don't dare touch
them. Can I delete them?

Most likely you can delete them. I suggest you temporarily move them
to another location, and if you after a while see no problems that
can be related to those files/folders, delete them.
