I'd like to install a graphics card utility called RivaTuner but it
requires that signed driver checking is disabled in Vista x64.

I'm running Vista x64 Service Pack 2, so how can I disable signed
driver checking?

You can disable this feature.
Bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

Sorry, but this has been disabled - it no longer works.
