Probably this is a problem width the registration of MSXML3.DLL in pre
Instaled systems
Try Register MSXML3.DLL and see if it helps
- Choose Run From Start Menu
- In the Run box, type:
%windir%\system32\regsvr32.exe %windir%\system32\MSXML3.DLL
Click OK.
