I have a customer who has moved to a location that does not have high speed
internet available in the area. Is there a way I can download the Windows
Updates for her on my computer and then sneaker-net them over to hers?

She has just purchased a new WinXP system and I know that there will be a
least 40+ updates outstanding. My experience has been that downloading
many/large updates over dial connections is unreliable.

How to download updates and drivers from the Windows Update Catalog
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323166

Then burn the updates to a CD so that you'll have them on hand, also.

Windows Live OneCare manages automatic updates so you no longer have to
worry about it.
