How can i download windows update for another PC ????????

as title

as the virus in my lan is spreading very seriously,
i wanna download the windows update before i log on the net
therefire, i wanna download window update in a PC first
and then install it to my OWN PC
so, is that possible?
if yes, can u guys give me the link
and
what should i actually download?
for example, just a service pacl is enough? or what else?
