Where can I get the E-journal for free

Hello every,
Today,I want to learn programming.So I want to get a book about
programming.I know that Microsoft has come about a E-journal about Visual
Studio 2005 Express Edition.But I don't know where can I get it for free and
where can I download it?
I want the edition for Chinese.Thank you very much!!!
