Welcome to the forums!
That message could be generated when there are multiple copies of
version.dll on your system. Do a file search to see if this is your
cause. Could be a .dll from a program with the same name, it's hard to
say. But check it out and let us know if deleting all but 1 copy of
version.dll works for you. Also, if you only have 1 copy on your system,
let us know that as well. I'll have to dig a little deeper to find a
solution.
