I have Vista Ultimate and want to upgrade to x64. I tried purchasing the 64
bit DVD in the Alternate Media page
(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvist...a/default.mspx) but when
I enter the required information it says "No offer found". How can I get the
Alternate Media?

Is your vista 32bit OEM or Retail?
If OEM pre-installed, contact your computer manufacturer re 64bit version.

Do you have a reatil vista or OEM?

The 64-bit alternate media is for retail vista only. OEM vista doen't
qualify for the 64-bit alternate media.

If you have a retail copy of Vista, not an OEM copy, call the number listed
for your area on the Support Options Page.
The link is towards the bottom of the page.

I have both an OEM key and a MS Action Pack Key. Tried both, none worked.
Will try calling MS. Thanks!

As has been explained to you, you do not qualify for the "postage only" price
of obtaining Vista 64bit from Microsoft.
You have an OEM Key, not a Retail Key.
Contact whoever you bought your computer off, Dell, HP, etc re obtaining
64bit.

Or, if you bought the OEM disk yourself, buy a 64bit disk as well.
