How can I make gadget icon smaller?

How can I make gadget icon smaller? The clock is enormous. Is there a way
to make it smaller. I tried to make it smaller like I did the desktop (CTRL
+ roller on mouse) but it didn't work.

No, those are a fixed value I believe, based on the developer of the
gadget. I know the inbox clock has a few different options that might be a
little smaller, or you can find a newer clock gadget that meets your needs.
